MW Candles Return & Inspection Policy
Inspection Window
You have 10 calendar days from the date your order is marked delivered to inspect your items. Please open your package right away and check everything carefully. After day 10, all sales are final.
What Qualifies for a Return
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom items, sale items, and partially used candles are non-returnable.
How to Start a Claim

Email us at info@mwcandles.com within 10 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear, well-lit photos of:

The product issue (damage/defect)

The product itself (unused)

All packaging materials: shipping box, inner wrappings, cushioning, and any protective inserts

Hold onto all packaging until your claim is resolved.

Wait for our return instructions—unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no cost to you. If the return doesn’t meet our criteria, shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Final Sale Items
Custom or personalized items, clearance products, and any item that has been used or partially burned are final sale and cannot be returned.
